Voilà la recette du filet mignon au maroilles que j'ai réalisé ce soir.
Super recette, rapide, facile et peu calorique !

Pour 4 personnes :
400g de filet mignon de porc
2 cc d'huile
1 oignon émincé
50 ml de vin blanc
100g de crème allégée à 5 ou 3 %
70g de maroilles
Sel et Poivre

Commencez par couper le filet mignon en morceaux. Dans une sauteuse, faire chauffer l'huile et y faire revenir l'oignon.
Ajouter les morceaux de viande et laisser dorer 5 minutes tout en remuant de temps en temps à feu doux.
Verser le vin blanc, saler légérement et poivrer, couvrir et laisser cuire 10 minutes.
Ajouter la crème, le maroilles coupé en petits morceaux et laisser fondre quelques minutes sur feu doux. Mélanger et servir aussitôt.
